Great content for an ad. I will be running ads this year after turning them off the past 2 years. Nice idea, I am interested in affiliating to help deliver more copies to consumers. Thank you.

Thanks Steve

It would be a good idea to go thru the process yourself so you see what your clients will see

and also make sure you are comfortable and knowledgable about the content

The book alone or the book and the additional 2 reports?

I think it would be worthwhile to see the whole process but the bonus books should also have some useful information in them ..

Hi Brian, working many ideas forward this month. Circled back to this and it appears I already purchased the ebook in December but not the 2 reports. By any chance is there a link for the 2 reports to purchase separately? Figured couldn't hurt to ask? Going to be getting into the workshop training this weekend!!!! I am sitting 2 open houses so should be able to get through it once hopefully! Thank you again!!!

Interesting idea! The ebook is free to people & $27 for paper copy? I’d be interested in the cost to do this, and how long it would take to implement it. Also potential compliance issues with current lender.

Thanks!

Hi Lynn

The book is 27 and it's an ebook

Not a compliance attorney but am selling an informational book

So don't believe there is an issue

Intriguing! Questions I have: 1) is this or would it be a paid subscription for originators to participate in? I see the explanation below; so the originator buys for $27 then has a chance to become an affiliate. Am I understanding that correctly? 2) is it in an instant download format or print version? 3) the workshops you mention - is that a suggestion for the individual marketing / lead gen process, and if so, would there be suggested scripts or workshop roadmaps be available? 4) how hard do you think it would be for new originators to implement this? 5) in your current experience, can you see what your current primary demographic is for those prospective clients who are responding/purchasing? For instance: Are there more millennials than Gen x-ers? I am sure I will have more questions, the more I think on this.

Michelle- thanks GREAT QUESTIONS

1- there would be NO cost to participate other than investing in the book- the 2 reports and the workshop- just so you can see what you are promoting but also good information for to you to use and also so you can see the process your buyers will go thru

2, Its instant download

3. Yes it could be offered in all of those ways-

4.I don;t think it would be hard and we would be providing tools like ads we have used etc

5.the interesting thing abou the loophole is that it is for MULTIPLE demographics

-- seniors who are struggling and need a side hustle income

- young folks just starting out- who are finding rent to be outrageous and don't want to live at home

- Buyers who are trying to decide between buying a primary home or an investment property

with the LOOPHOLE they can have both

- Families in their 30-40's who can't seem to afford the area they want to be in t

the loophole allows them to qualify for more home using the rental income from other units

Hope that helps!

No concerns. Obviously it comes with a cost. That would be the question along with the actual ordering/tracking process for the potential borrower and end loan officer.

Scott

The only cost would be that you would invest in the book - the 2 reports and the workshop

Probably at a substantially reduced price

The information in them are valuable to originators anyway.. you would then be taken to a link to enroll as an affiliate and get a unique code -- just for you - to promote it

Every time you make a sale you will earn a commission of 50% payable once a month

and you would immediately be sent the buyers name and contact information to follow up and hopefully gain a new client..

Does that make sense?

I am open to new ideas and this seems to make sense.
