Just Curious - Would You Do This?

My marketing mentor Dan Kennedy always says that the person who can spend the most to get a lead is the one who wins!
In any market or profession…

But what if you don’t have a budget - business is slow and you simply can’t outspend your competiton on ads or agent giveaways and promotions?

SOME TIMES THE QUESTIONS WE ASK OURSELVES LEAD US TO GREAT ANSWERS…

So I asked myself a different question-
WHAT IF I COULD GET PAID TO GENERATE HOT LEADS ?
Sounds crazy I know but stay with me here ok?

What if someone purchased a book - That purchase would immediately tell me that they were interested in buying a home?
They would then read this book and come to me prepared to buy a home.

Well that is exactly what I did with THE REAL ESTATE LOOPHOLE BOOK

A consumer buys the book -
They get the bonuses
then they are offered a workshop if they want to learn more- and then they call for a one on one appointment.

That’s the process — at the end of the day they are paying for my information BEFORE I even speak with them and if/when serious they will reach out..

NOTE— ALTHOUGH WE BOTH ORIGINATE WE ARE ALREADY OVERWHLEMED WITH OUR OWN SELF GENERATED LEADS…
You would have a tracking code- and you could immediately check in to the
system anytime day or night to see your own stats and sales
Every time a sales is made you would be notified immediately AND have the buyers information.
