First it will help you with your realtionships … just ask how you can help them.. what are their goals - what are their challenges.. |
I always suggest asking much more than telling when you are first speaking to a new agent partner and or a borrower-

Once they feel you have THEIR best interest in mind it’s much easier to gain their trust!!
