Worth Saying Again- Loan Officers and Horses are similar

I have said this before many times but it's worth stating

Yesterday I did 3 one on one consultations with loan officers who had invested in the
Crack The Agent Code program and The Workshop on Workshop Programs

The one on ones were part of this system at no additional charge since my goal is not selling programs but helping fellow originators grow their production.. quickly!

WHAT WAS INTERESTING WAS THAT ALL 3 HAD THE SAME ISSUE!!!

They were stuck- not knowing where to start or what to do… They were listening to several other people and had several programs that were not implemented yet. Anaylsis Paralysis…

When business is slow we often panic and try lots of different things to see if they will work. Then we get busy and forget about all of those programs and strategies

BIG MISTAKE!!!

Think about your business as an assembly line- Certain things like marketing and follow up MUST HAPPEN REGARDLESS of whether you are busy or slow !!!
SYSTEMS WIN!!!!!

Back to the horses—
Do you know what happens if you try to run 2 horses at the same time?
It’s ugly and you will get hurt - bad!

If you ever watch a horse race you will see the really good horses wearing blinders-
SO THEY DON’T GET DISTRACTED…
BE A HORSE- put your head down- chose a lane and RUN !!!!
Don’t get fooled or distracted by the newest SHINY OBJECT- until you have your systems and foundation in place— regardless of how busy or slow you are!
