We all keep hearing doom and gloom and disturbing news.. and yes this year is not as good as previous years.

I was just on a call yesterday with a national mortgage company - they were discussing the market and the future- and they said that many originators are simply not renewing their licenses… and that many of the top 10 mortgage companies won’t be here in six to 12 months…. He went on to say if you are going to quit — do it now!
YIKES !!!!

IS THAT GOOD NEWS OR BAD NEWS?
Bad news if you are the one leaving
Good news if you are able to stick it out… because you will end up stronger when business bounces back.

BUT HOW?
I have found there are a few ways to be and stay successful regardless of market conditions

1. Go one to MANY when ATTRACTING AGENTS—
   and yes= you MUST have a good group of strong agents referring you
   ( keywords- many at one time and attract vs beg)

2. Provide them with immediate value-
   one of the ways I do this is with automated homebuyer workshops with the agents as a partner
   and providing the agents with education and trainings so they can sell more homes

3. By understanding psychology and human nature and what makes people decide to buy from you or someone else
   In other words- stacking the deck in your favor immediately before you get the call
