You have heard me say at least 1 million times that I am not a big fan of chasing business but instead prefer to attract them..
THE BIG PROBLEM IS THAT BUYERS HAVE NO WAY TO DISTINGUISH US FROM OUR COMPETITORS..
Most retail originators like myself don’t have HUGE ad budgets so we can’t and really shouldn’t be paying for Zillow or Realtor.com leads or advertising on radio and tv or online and in print.
SO IT LEAVES US WITH THE BIG QUESTION OF WHAT TO SAY AND WHAT TO TELL AGENTS- IN ORDER TO GET AND KEEP THEIR BUSINESS…..
No it can’t be rates- you and I don’t have the best rates
No It can’t be service..
BUT WHEN YOU REALLY BREAK IT DOWN- WHAT AN AGENT WANTS IS SIMPLY TO SELL MORE HOMES AND HAVE A PARTNER WHO WILL HELP THEM DO THAT….
That’s excatly why I do workshops…

Some for investors
Some targeted to rehab- or self employed or credit challenged buyers
WHen you first meet an agent- this is one of the best ice breakers…
