Why did I take my programs off the market-???
This is going to sound really “corny” maybe even “cheezey” but that doesn’t mean its not true.
You see I truly LOVE watching fellow originators succeed and avoid the mistakes I made over the past 37 years as an originator
AND YES- I DO ORIGINATE EVERY SINGLE DAY JUST LIKE YOU…
I actually trained many of the top GURUS’s and Mentors in our industry today…and I couldn’t be prouder of what they have accomplished..
BUT— THE THING THAT HAS ALWAYS GIVEN ME TRUE JOY AND PURPOSE is working with originators in a closer knit one on one or mastermind situation..
Yes courses help and they work !!!
But every human has different issues and needs—
Not sure why I felt it important to offer courses— but the truth is that I simply DON’T operate the way most are taught to operate and I know things most originators and even GURU’s dont know
SO — I have decided to pull off all of my programs which I recently did and only work with originators closely- one on one or in very small groups…
YES- I know this won’t be right for many originators but here is the lesson
GO DEEP INSTEAD OF WIDE
Same idea with agents— its not how many you know but how deep your relationship with a select few are
Same with Business- You can have all the programs- but if you don’t specialize you are just going to get rate shoppped..
REMEMBER the PICK A NICHE- LEARN ALL YOU CAN- LET EVERYONE KNOW YOUR EXPERTISE
THE TRUTH IS THAT WHEN YOU TRY TO BE EVERYTHING TO EVERYONE- YOU WIND UP BEING NOTHING TO ANYONE !!!!

I always said I was not the sharpest pencil in the box- guess I just proved it…since it took me all this time to figure this out in my Top Originator model….
Formula-
Do more with less people at higher price points-
( do less loans - at higher loan amounts for more commssions)
Or
Work with less agents but make them more loyal!
