What to do if you feel stuck and frustrated
This is what I did
If I needed income QUICKLY and had to close some loans fast- here’s what I would do … step by step…
This applies if I had NO MONEY and NO Agent relationships in place..
1. Contact 2 or 3 title company reps
2. Discuss with them holding a joint event where they would invite their agents and I would promote it as well - it would be an educational event- not a happy hour - and we could do it in person or via zoom ( which you can get for zero)
3. Generally if I promote it and the title company promotes it we could get 30-50 agents to register and show up … BUT - and this is a big but - there would have to be a catch title-
Can’t be basic things that every does..

4. Then I would structure my presentation - and slides and create a workbook so they can take notes- It should be 45 minutes to an hour with stories of clients you have helped if possible
I would then have a list of everyone who registered and put them into my database
What you will find is MANY agents who will actually reach out to you to learn more about these topics— if you structured your presentation correctly- ( yes there is a science to this)
I would then send a thank you to all who attended- included my SHOCK and AWE AGENT Brochure
RESULTS IN 30 DAYS- Likely 50 new agents you didn;t know before
3-5 that you can build a realtionship with and 1-3 new loan applications
