I’ll tell you a funny story that happened to me just yesterday
I called a listing agent on behalf of my buyer… she did not call me back
I emailed- no response
I texted no response
I called 2 more times and on the third call she said DAMN IT STOP CALLING ME
Every Monday and Tuesday I get calls from you loan officers and I can’t stand it anymore!!
So I started laughing and that made her angry- I said I totally understand - would love to do business with you.. but I am just calling about the letter I wrote for the offer on your listing…
She started laughing too.. and apoligized.. !
We then set up a zoom call for this friday- and I will show her how we can help her
with great programs and pricing and marketing tools but also how we can partner on a workshop that is done once and produces new business weekly- and has buyers sold on using her BEFORE they even call her..
