What Loan Officers Should Do On Ground Hog Day...
Is every day like Ground Hog day for you ... try this
Today is Ground Hog day ..
Will Phil see his shadow or not… Actually doesn’t really matter since he is only right 39% of the time over the past 140 years..
Before I go to our topic for today — let’s just look at that last statement..
He is only right 39% of the time..
But yet every year we keep making a BIG DEAL about it… sounds crazy-! yet he keeps trying to get it right..
WE NEED TO KEEP THAT KIND OF ATTITUDE AS ORIGINATORS…
If you give up — you are 100% GUARANTEED FAILURE
If you keep trying you are 100% GUARANTEED SUCCESS!
Now on to Ground Hog day.. Did you see the movie many years ago ( 30 i think) with Bill Murray where every day was exactly the same — he did the same thing - got the same results…
THAT IS WHAT MANY OF US ARE DOING !!!
I used to think that if I just OUTWORKED everyone I would be successful
and to some degree that is correct- hard work is a major part of it.
BUT I WANT YOU TO TAKE AN HOUR THIS MORNING -_ SERIOUSLY
AND LOOK AT WHAT IS AND IS NOT WORKING IN YOUR BUSINESS
Look at these areas…
1. ARE YOU ATTRACTING AGENTS ( notice I did not say begging)
2. Are you attracting the correct agents and enough of them to meet your income goals.
3. Are you keeping your current agents loyal
Are you generating referrals from past clients
Are you generating referrals from other referal sources like CPA and Attorney- Financial Planners
I cover a great CPA campaign in this months members only Underground postAre you happy- this is a big one!!!! If you aren’t happy you really won’t function at the levels you need to.
All of these areas are easily corrected- but you have to first admit there is an issue!!!
Stop making everyday Ground Hog day and focus on the areas that need the most attention- If you are a member of the Underground- PLEASE ( i am begging you )
GO to Top Originator Software you rceived as a bonus and complete the plan
I have videos at each step that is like a mini goal setting and success workshop…
Now we are in FEB- did you meet your goals in Jan
Why?
Why Not?
