Many subscribers have told me that they are just not sure what to say when they approach a new agent they want to do business with.
You MUST KEEP 3 IMPORTANT THINGS IN MIND…
First- this is a relationship NOT just another transaction.
Second - They are people - and using canned scripts usually won’t work except if they are brand new and don’t really do much business
THIRD- it’s NOT ABOUT YOU — IT’S ABOUT THEM
Honestly- they don’t care very much that you work 24/7 or that you have all the great programs and products- most likely their lender does too- or at least 90% of the same products.
You can’t tell them about your great rates either.

So now the question is HOW CAN YOU HELP THEM AND BUILD A RELATIONSHIP—
There are a number of ways but here’s something I do every Monday morning…
One way to help agents and help yourself at the same time is to do a homebuyer workshop— it can be done in person and sometimes I do.. but most of the time I do them as an on-line workshop
THEY PROMOTE IT
We do the workshop and I provide them with the platform- I use zoom or go to meeting paid versions..
I provide them with the slides…
Then I have a system I use that records it and can replay it to make it feel like a live workshop. They send it to their list of uncoverted leads and also to their new inquiries as part of their funnel..
On the webinar the attendees can ask questions- and it is sent right to the agents email to respond..
Every Monday I give them the stats of who viewed the paged - who attended the workshop along with their names and email address….

Don’t beg- help them help you in ways you can both generate new business and shows them you care and are there to help them.
