What Do You Give To An Agent You Just Met or spoke to?
Before we even go there- let me explain something VERY IMPORTANT to you …
How you meet the agent matters!
If you are going to open houses as an uninvited guest- or cold calling- or just random calling or visiting offices you already know that you are not in the best of positions right?
YOU ARE IN ESSENCE BEGGING!
You can call it prospecting if it makes you feel better- but you are still not in a position of strength. Think about how you feel when you are approached by a sales person you don’t know. Or even a beggar on the street.
Your natural reaction is to back off and be reluctant and immediately start thinking of ways to get rid of them…. Seriously- Be honest with yourself.
SO WHAT DO YOU DO ? YOU SHOULD BE COMMENDED FOR YOUR EFFORT AND I USED TO DO THE VERY SAME THING
There are a number of ways to FIX THIS and immediately come from a position of strength. It’s actually one of the main reasons originators struggle and its also a part of CRACKING THE AGENT CODE.

Here are a few ways to do this…
Have other agents you know make an introduction
Show them ways to grow their business —
You can do this at the local board of realtors
You can do this at their office
You can partner with a title company to do this..
There are a number of other ways as well I have found and perfected and will be sharing with examples on the workshop.
I PREFER TO DO THIS ONE TO MANY AGENTS RATHER THAN ONE TO ONE…
So how they are introduced to you and where you find them — or rather where they find YOU … matters ALOT !!!!
Most originators give them a card and maybe a brochure and flyer
This truly has ZERO VALUE .. and you know that yourself from your own experiences.

WHY- because it helps them do more business
After all- they want to sell homes— and they want to close deals..
once you understand their motivation and this subtle but important difference your business will change !!!
