Last week we had a great 2 day workshop on Cracking The Agent Code and the testimonials have been coming in.. I am so thrilled to see so many takeaway’s from these 2 days !
There were so many BIG IDEAS shared and tools and resources.. I personally LOVED sharing this information with everyone since I know almost no one else discusses it …
YET it is so critical for success,
Anyway- here’s one of those BIG IDEAS and a resource I talked about pretty quickly.
AGENTS ARE PEOPLE
PEOPLE GIVE PEOPLE THEY KNOW LIKE AND TRUST BUSINESS !!!
Sounds really simple- almost stupid- but think about it next time you are identifying agents to target or cold call… ( we talked alot about cold calling…and what to do instead that is far more effective)
THE MORE YOU CHASE- THE FARTHER AWAY PEOPLE RUN!!!
That’s true in your personal and your professional life.. It’s far better to attract them -and then make them LOYAL long term partners..
There were 2 resources I shared to those who attended.
One is a book that I have read several times over the last 10 years called THE GAME by Neil Strauss- it’s available on Amazon and is very much A MUST READ
I am married over 30 years- so this isn’t about picking up people— although it does that too.
But it’s more about human nature — and the MENTAL GAME of selling ( or should we say attracting..)
The other resource I suggested was a deep dive I personally did about the mental game of originating called the LO UNFAIR EDGE.. great name because once you understand human psychology - you can convert more agents into partners..
The right ones of course— not all agents should be your partner
It;s actually just worth reading the letter for this- has lots of the psychology in it..
