Two Types Of Loan Officers

There are 2 types of loan officers.

One who is constantly trying new things in the hopes that there is a magic pill that will somehow allow you to close more and work less.

Truthfully- there are ways to close more and work less and it took me many years to figure it out. Once I did … things changed and I had to reinvent systems and strategies to continue closing more and working less- or better said- working smarter.

The other loan officer - learns from what works and implements it in their business.
IMPLEMENT is the key word and usually if you don’t it’s a time management issue.

THE TRUTH IS YOU SHOULD BE PART OF EACH… BUT

The but is that you MUST be careful WHO you are listening to… Don’t learn from people who don’t originate but just sell you “ideas’ or “fairy dust tools”
