It's working pretty well

Before I talk about todays topic…
Today I have a loan closing with a buyer that bought new construction…with NV
Builders are having lots of problems with rates going up and buyers no longer qualifying or simply walking away..

If your company offers 120-180 rate lock caps— get out there and promote them !!!
THis buyer gave up a 10,000 builder incentive- but they are saving 600 a month due to the rate lock cap we were able to use to protect them— 5.375 vs 6.625 today

SECOND… this one is more of a question
