So I arrived in Florida on the 19th and ready to roll except —-its the holidays so things are naturally slower than usual.
Honestly most of the past 10 days have been about unpacking and setting up a new office and it took a lot more than I thought it would.. but slowly getting there.
I am going to continue these posts weekly so you can peek in and hopefully get some useful ideas and strategies of how to grow your business in 2022….
JUST LIKE DRIVING DOWN HERE YOU NEED TO …
Driving down from Maryland to Florida is a 15-18 hour trip ( SOUTH FLORIDA— BOYNTON BEACH) straight down 95 but I still needed a GPS to tell me how long and how many more miles… etc.
Well your business needs the same GPS
So my first step ( yours should be too) is to map out what I WANT/NEED to accomplish and how I will get there..
Did i make a wrong turn-
Am I headed in the right direction
Is my plan working — if not why - if now what can I do instead or tweak…
