BIG IDEA
Well you have heard me say that the best place to meet is at the Board of Realtors
So I have joined this local board
I have tried to build a relationship and get some courses approved for CE credits so I can teach— more on that in a future post
But shortly after I joined and met with their education folks — I was offered the opportunity to sponsor a class—-
SO I DID
For 150.00 I was able to do a 5 minute commercial… with slides-
and I get the list of the attendees that I can email
Since it was only 5 minutes- I had to make it pretty snappy
This class was about managing rentals and 129 agents registered
I presented my 5 minute piece- and spoke about the Fannie Mae Homestyle Investor program AND the NON QM program that is a no -income- as long as the property cash flows 1 dollar over the mortgage payment

THE RESULTS SO FAR— LESS THAN 24 hours
The instructor who is also an agent - loved these 2 ideas and set up a zoom call with me tommorow
4 of the agents on the training have also set up meetings with me to learn more and I am hoping some of those will lead to relationships and office meetings
Cost 150.00
Results— not sure yet- but certainly has been a great relationship builder so far
GO WHERE THE AGENTS ARE AND PROVIDE VALUE—That is the ultimate shortcut
BTW— no lunches - no coffee’s - no scripts
Just value- that is instantly obvious and ATTRACTS THEM to reach out to me
OH- and my new FLorida Database now has 129 agents in it …
