What would you do if you were moving to a new city- in a new state where you don’t know anyone or have any relationships… but need to immediately earn money?

For those of you that have followed me over the years you will know that I have invented and reinvented myself and my business 5 times over the past 35 years.

IN FACT — I left the business in 2009 very happy and actually felt wealthy - only to lose everything ( long story for a different post) and needing to start all over in 2014

Well I am closing out this year 2021 at 47,000,000 with 167 closings but best of all it’s 85% purchase business…

WELL- HERE WE GO AGAIN—REINVENTION #6
My daughter who lives in Florida just had a baby- My wife looked at the baby and 3 weeks later our house in Maryland is up for sale and we are now moved in to a townhome in Palm Beach Florida

What would you do to immediately drum up some business and get going in a new state where you have no relationships?

Calling agents for lunch and coffee dates
Visiting open houses on Sundays
Offering to pay for ads or marketing
