Good Morning
Over the past few days I have been getting a number of calls from agents I haven’t really done business with in many many months but have stayed in touch with.
WEIRD?
First you need to understand that you should ALWAYS be keeping in touch with agents and ALWAYS adding new ones …
NO- simply means you have not yet convinced me !!!!
I believe there are 2 reasons for this maybe even 3…
First- There are almost 80,000 of us who have NOT renewed our licenses according to some statistics that I have seen..
So their current loan officers may no longer even be originating.
Second- Continual contact with useful information and consistent education
I do this with workshops - and also with constant useful content they can benefit from and even reuse..
It’s funny that I see agents who don’t regularly use me as their originator reposting
items with my name and contact on it because its useful
They are promoting me— without even fully realizing it..
THIRD- CONSISTENCY!!!
You must have the reputation of getting it done and being consistent with your service and with your marketing..
Its very easy to get into a funk when business is slow and start chasing shiny objects that give you some hope- ( false or real??)
We can’t control the market but we CAN control our own emotions and how we react to it…
A while back I did a workshop on CRACKING THE AGENT CODE
It was 2 - almost 3 hour sessions of the every stragtegy - tool -tactic and resource
I use along with the psychology and reasons for them..
If you are doing your 2024 planning - which you should be doing now—
This is a MUST HAVE resource to make 2024 a great year..
You can check it out here and it of course comes with a full satisfaction guarantee
plus some one on one time with me..
I know things are tight- so you can choose the paypal option and finance it over six months with no interest and no payments - that way you can close some loans before you even make a payment
