With the meeting today it's time to get your thoughts in line

Today is a day that many of us may feel a bit of dread..
Rates are going to go up - we all know that - the question is how much!

I read a statistic that said over 35% of originators will not be renewing their licenses..

GOOD NEWS? OR BAD NEWS?
The one thing for sure is that there will be LESS COMPETITION..

So don’t get distracted by the bad news - take this time to do things you know you need to do but haven’t been doing..

Start new relationships by bringing value-

What can you do to help a partner do more business…????

TODAY I HAVE A MEETING with a title company to discuss doing a training for agents on methods they can use to do more business or close buyers they wouldn’t have even spoken to just six months ago..

WHAT CAN YOU DO ?
There are many many ways to do business.. But you MUST have the right mindset

YOU MUST CONTINUE TO SAY
IF IT’S GOING TO BE ITS UP TO ME!!!!

There are homes still being bought and sold
the question you need to ask is how can I get my share of that business???
