Top Originator Underground - Important Question for ALL Loan Officers

This is a question I bet every loan officer has asked themselves at least once in their career- and possibly many times.. especially when business slows down … like it has right now..

FIRST LET’S LOOK AT THE NORMAL PRACTICES FOR GETTING BUSINESS
In my opinion—- and I would love yours in the comments section— there are 3 ways to get business.

1. REFERRALS FROM AGENTS AND OTHER POTENTIAL PARTNERS
   This requires you to meet these people… not always easy
   Convince them to use your services… a bit harder
   Maintain their loyalty … much harder
   
   There are all sorts of ways to do this correctly and incorrectly but almost all require some money— ( lunch-desk rental- coop ads) and ALL REQUIRE alot of time —- evenings -weekends and holidays
   

2. Get business DIRECT from consumer
   This is obviously much harder-
   You have to create an ad- place it on line -and /or offline and watch results very carefully so you don’t overspend
   I would be that 90% of us can’t make this work profitably but some actually

   can…

3. A NEW WAY - well it’s not actually new - but I have discovered it- used it and have grown my business with it… but more on that in a minute

There are other ways of course.. but these are the 2 big ones along with getting referrals.

BUT WHY????
WHY DO WE HAVE TO CHASE /BEG/PAY FOR BUSINESS??
I know that’s what we are taught and is constantly reinforced… you must go out and HUNT for business—- stay top of mind- constantly be marketing YADA YADA YADA

Am I right? Seriously..??

******BUT WHAT IF**** — that is always the right question to ask yourself-
Think about what you would like to happen and what if the things preventing it were gone..
HERE’S WHAT I ASKED MYSELF

WHAT IF WE COULD GET BUYERS ATTRACTED TO US AND SOLD ON USING US BEFORE THEY CALLED.. in other words we controlled the actual process instead of them…

WHAT IF THEY IMMEDIATELY SAW US AS THE GO TO EXPERT …
It was obvious to them and we didn;t have to convince them or worry about them going anywhere else

WHAT IF WE DIDN’T HAVE TO EDUCATE CLIENTS CONSISTENTLY FOR FREE
Isn’t our tme valuable too?
Don’t you hate it when you educate a buyer and then they wind up shopping you ..

WHAT IF I DIDN’T HAVE TO BE AVAILABLE 24/7/365 and always fearful of missing a call /email — even at the expense of my relationships and personal mental health ( burnout)

IN THIS NEW PROCESS-
We get paid to educate them
They appreciate it more and will be more loyal
The process and systems I created — do this without our involvement- they only call when they are ready.

WE GET PAID REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY USE US OR NOT..
and I found 3 ways to do this .. that NO ONE is talking about …
Not only that but I have the actual samples so you can see there is no BS and you can check for yourself…

Let me tell you first that ANYONE can do this one they understand how…
It’s actually VERY EASY but it’s not simple.

If you know me - you already know I barely graduated high school- not great looking and speak just plain english without fancy words.. You probably already found some spelling and grammar errors right?

BUT THAT’S NOT WHAT MATTERS… what matters is that if we do what Jim Rohn says ( look him up if you don’t know who he is)

Jim Rohn - the famous marketing and motivational expert said
”If you want to succeed just look around and see what everyone else is doing.. and then just do the opposite..!””=’==’=
