Good Morning .. I tend to be an early riser and last night I had a dream… a pretty weird one.
I dreamt that I was able to help you my fellow originators do something very unique.
GET PAID TO GET LEADS… yes that is not a misprint or a mispelling -it’s accurate”. But I am sure it needs a bit of explaining so here goes!
We all know rates are up and business is down and everyone is really in a pretty crappy mood… yes- there is business being done but still there is a cloud of doom and gloom in our industry and with consumers.
Now, what I am about to share is really something any of us can do — but like everything in marketing- it’s all how you package it..right?
THere is a way for consumers to :
1. Create a side hustle income without working an extra job or doing an amazon store or drop shipping or affliate marketing or anything else.
2, There is a way to deal with these rising rates and still find a great home- in a great neighberhood.
3. THere is a way for consumers to own a home and an investment property all in one transaction
There is a way for consumers to have others pay for their mortgage payment each and every month - all legally- and allow them to live pretty much rent/mortgage payment free each month
There is a way for consumers to have a primary home and still get the BIG tax deductions of an investor….
AND - they can do this with very little down and they don’t have to have perfect credit
SOUNDS LIKE A TON OF BS RIGHT?
Well think about it-
Doesn’t a 4 unit home with the buyer going FHA or VA meet all of these check boxes?
AND THAT”S WHY I WROTE THE REAL -ESTATE LOOPHOLE
and it already became a # 1 best seller on Amazon …
So think about that- someone pays to buy the book- I get paid — and I now have a lead..
BUT THERE IS ONE BIG PROBLEMAmazon does NOT provide the name or contact information for the person who buys it so I have a site set up to sell it DIRECTLY to the consumer…

These book buyers call me already convinced that this is a good idea- I can then pre-approve them AND REFER them to an agent in their area— and again- THEY PAID ME by buying the book !!!!
NOW BACK TO MY DREAM
I have been wondering how to share this with you my subscribers and in a way that you could do the same — once I show you the steps …but last night in my dream- I had an idea—
