One way to stop all the trigger lead calls

I HATE Trigger leads
It’s like putting a steak in the water and watching the sharks swarm in.

So one of the things I have done is to send a follow up email to all of my prequals after I speak with them and pull credit.. I let them know that this is a way to stop these annoying calls- but more importantly for us its a way to stop the sharks from stealing our deals..
