Every morning at 5:30 am I walk my dogs — hop in my car and drive to the local Starbucks for a Trente Iced Coffee- no syrup- less ice- and an expresso shot.
Every day - 7 days a week!
This morning as I was driving thru I started my order and the lady on the other end said — “I know — trente iced - no syrup - less cream -less ice and an expresso shot”

They get a new client- they must immeditaely think - wow - I need to call Brian right away and get them qualified… without them even considering anyone else.
There are a number of ways for you to accomplish this.. and I realize during these slower times it might even feel awkward- but YOU MUST FORCE YOURSELF to do it…
Every Tuesday I send a personal video to my agents or call them
I teach classes and invite them
I notify them weekly in emails of market conditions
With many of them I do a weekly podcast
I send them a monthly newsletter
I provde them with co-branded flyers
I provide them with weekly updates on loans I have in process
( NOTICE— I don’t feed them- write them checks- or beg— none of those work long term)
BUT FOR MY TOP TIER OF AGENTS I DO SOMETHING REALLY SPECIAL….
I created a Homebuyer Attraction Robot - that generates new business for myself and the agent every single day
Every Monday I call them to give them these new leads and discuss future marketing
EVERY MONDAY!!!!!
