Ever go by a restaurant and see an empty parking lot and say to yourself-
Wow, maybe I should eat somewhere else?
So you go down the street and you see another restaurant with a lot full of cars.
The psychology is that it must be good because everyone is there.
THAT’S HUMAN NATURE!
It’s no different with sales and agents.
When agents see you working with their peers they respect they are more likely to try and use you as well.
In fact in our 2 Day Cracking The Agent Code Workshop I talked alot about this psychology and how to use it to generate new agents without needing to cold call at all. You actually show up as an invited guest instead of an annoying pest.
Let me just show you one idea here..
I just sent out my Monthly Newsletter- It goes to agents I work with - Lisiting agents from deals I closed- Agents I have met teaching classes. Buyers- Prospect I pre qualified and other significant referall sources like insurance/financial planners/accountants and attorneys.
Every month I list the names of the buyers who have settled and also who referred them.. here’s a partial list from today’s email
Other agents see this and say WOW - I didn’t know ( so and so) uses him- Maybe I should give him a try too? The first person on this list Schelli is actually an agent herself- so she represented herself on this one..
