As you might know I am spending time in Baltimore and Florida and originating in both states.. and a few others!
Last night we came back to Baltimore from Florida and of course first thing we wanted to do was get some crabs.. it is crab season in Maryland after all !!!
We went into the restaurant and were waiting for a table when a man came up to me and said “Hi Brian - how are you ? What do you think will happen to interest rates after the fed meeting?”
I told him my thoughts- rates should moderate or even drop and asked if he was looking to purchase or refinance ? I gave him my card and suggested we set up a time to speak.
My wife who was sitting next to me — and should be used to this by now — asked me who that was ? Truly have NO IDEA …. never met or seen him before.. but he now has my business card so I am hoping for a call in the next few days to discuss his situation and options and maybe get to meet an agent I don’t already work with or give him to one of my loyal agents as a referral..
