Yesterday I saw a post that kind of made me uneasy..
The post was on Facebook and they were asking WHAT IS YOUR SIDE HUSTLE WHILE BUSINESS IS SLOW?
YIKES!!!!! is all I can say .. but I also totally understand that everyone needs money coming in … especially now!!!
But it also suggests some MAJOR FLAWS AND ISSUES IN THEIR THINKING!!
First- there IS BUSINESS OUT THERE and your job is to get your share of it…
Two- This is the time to be MORE FOCUSED not distracted with SHINY OBJECTS from fake people..
WE KNOW DEMAND IS DOWN.. so WHY would you spend money on some of the BS they are peddling.. to get leads… that most of the time just aren’t real but keep you busy— NOT CLOSING ANY LOANS and costing you a fortune…
OR Scripts— WOW— Can you imagine being a realtor on Monday morning and being bombarded by a ton of LO’s all using pretty much the same RAP!
YIKES AGAIN… very rarely do I say YIKES TWICE!!!

Have a book- this could be as simple as a long extended article- or do a homebuyer workshop and transcribe it-or a lunch and learn and record and transcribe it- - OR just pretend you are explainign a program to a buyer and all the pros and cons
Put it on AMAZON and let them promote it
There are some important twists to this to make sure you are on the right categories etc.. you should have also have it as a paperback and kindle and even an audio book-
Mine was just # 1 on amazon so you can say you are an amazon best seller-
That should open some doors for you … for PR in your local paper and mediaDo a webinar on the topic

If someone buys your book and watches your webinar-
DO YOU THINK THEY ARE A SERIOUS BUYER?
