Yes the title is shocking- and there is lesson # 1
The subject line of your email or post must be designed to get the recipient to open it and read it.
Now back to the topic- get your mind out of the gutter here for a second..
Just like dating we often treat our relationship with agents and prospects as a HIT IT AND QUIT IT relationship which is a big mistake…
I talked about this alot in the Cracking The Agent Code Program and actually provide powerful templates and strategies.
So here are some examples-
Do you finally get the chance to speak to an agent and then expect a new deal from them because the meeting went well?
You know what happens when we assume right?
When you meet an agent that you want to work with and have become an actual partner you can’t just hit it and quit it—
You must constantly cultivate that relationship so it can grow into partnership

Co Branded Marketing Tools
Tools to get more listings and sell the listings they have
How about doing a Workshop with them?
That gives them a strong signal that you care and if you follow the steps in the
Workshop on Workshops I did you will have them waiting for your call every Monday with new buyers coming in every week!
This is also the same with prospects-
Yesterday I had 3 different agents send me new leads who were looking to get pre-approved.
I called all 3 - got voice mail
I sent all 3 an email with a homebuyer brochure full of useful information for homebuyers and testimonials
1 COPIED THE AGENTS ON EACH EMAIL and called them each to let them know
One called me back - I got them pre-approved- and we will follow up with them
After the call I sent them and the agent a letter and called the agent to thank him
they will now go into my monthly follow up system until they become buyers
each month they will be called and so will the agents..
the other 2 have not called me back- So I sent each of them a new email and phone call today.. and CALLED THE AGENTS
If I still don’t get a response I will try one more time on Monday and again let the agents who referred them to me know..
THE BOTTOM LINE IS that agents stink at follow up and if you want to be seen as their “true” partner- that is an area you can help them with
Don’t hit it and quit- Have a reason to communicate with them regularly and YOU DO the follow up on their referrals !
They will love you for it
