Yesterday I was going thru some of the posts on our Top Originator page and some some comments about our upcoming Authority Driven Originator Workshop.
I am glad that these comments are there … and did not erase them but responded to them instead…

Brian Sacks are you just trolling everyone? because it seems like we all see through the BS you are trying to pedal to everyone. Selling a course and telling us we can learn how not to pay to get leads while simultaneously telling us to pay YOU to learn it? You see how disingenuous you come across?
There were others.. but there are a few lessons in here…
First —SALES IS ALL ABOUT TRUST.. but it’s also about Authority and Positioning and also INFLUENCE
There are a ton of fake Guru’s out there so it’s great to be suspicous.. and have your guard up.. We are all bombarded each and everyday with people trying to show us how to close more deals - and most are just full of CRAP!!!
But guess what- Agents are also being bombarded with CRAP from loan officers all day everyday— whether by email- in box- in person or by cold call with script!!! They feel just like Adam when you do this to them..

So if you please provide: 1) P & I of monthly payment; 2) closing costs; 3) interest rate [I understand this rate is a reference rate with no guarantees that it would apply to me at the time of my purchase. However, it should reflect a rate used by Homebridge for loans closing in the immediate future..
