Today I am having lunch with a title company to plan a realtor education event.
We will both be co-sponsors and they will invite their agents and we will invite ours.
The event should put about 40-50 agents in a room where we will share them financing programs to help them sell more homes.. and work with more buyers..
Next week we are going to hospitals - police stations- fire stations -schools to set up lunch and learns where we will share a special homes for heroes and Hero rewards programs.
On October 22nd I am doing a virtual home ownership workshop with the largest low fee agencies in the area…

If you are dropping by realtor offices- builders- open houses —
That’s fine but as you already know it’s hard work… and not often very effective.
THE BETTER WAY- IS ONE TO MANY — AND WITH YOU SEEN AS AN EXPERT!
When you have a book- or doing a workshop - or speak in front of a room—
YOU HAVE INSTANT CREDIBILITY !!!!
But more importantly you are hitting a LARGE GROUP instead of the awkward one on ones to people you don’t know and who don’t you …
