Sounds like a silly question- but what research have you done on that agent you are calling?
My sweet spot has always been agents that do 4-6 sales transactions annually and have been in the business 5 years plus!
See what you say is only part of it..
If you are not going after the right demographic of agents you can’t possibly win..
Lets do the math-
20 agents you actually have a relationship with x 4 loans a year-
average loan size 300,000 and you earn 100bps
BTW— do you know their average loan size— you should!!!
Why work with agents who do 200,000 homes as an average when you can be working with ones that do 500,000 just as easily
Back to the math—- 3000 per loan- x 80 loans from 20 agents is 240,000 a year
