This post may sound like “Captain Obvious” to you but my guess is that this is NOT SOMETHING you are currently doing.. .and it’s so powerful I wanted to share.
Tired of hearing agents give you the brush off -”I have to give out 3 cards”
We all know the truth - so how can you FORCE THEM TO REFER ONLY YOU?
All agents- in fact all humans - are tuned into a radio channel called WIFM
The call letters stand for WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?
Now you have to understand they are hurting right now too… business for most are way off…
So instead of bombarding them with coffee invites or harrassing them with phone calls as some suggest- Why not try to help them get business?

So here’s the tip-
Help them with their marketing
This particular agent deals mostly with investors.. so I made him a flyer on a DSCR program-
In reality you can also add his name and info to it..
He posted this on all his social media today…
You accomplish 3 BIG GOALS WITH THIS
1. You help the agent grow their business
2. You help yourself by strengthening the relationship
3. You show others in his office that you can help — and they will likely reach out and want to do the same thing with you
