I have gone after some agents and builders who quickly embraced me and wanted to do business- Problem was they didn’t do much business..
Others have taken months and years of persistence and contact- and now use me solely..
First DONT GIVE UP

Third- make sure you have something OF VALUE to give them to start and build a relationship that both you benefit from…
One of the top ways to do this is with a workshop - on various topics that you can than put on auto-pilot and it runs by itself- Every week you just check the stats and leads and send them to the agent
