What will you say when you visit those open houses- BIG IDEAS IN THIS ONE
I know many of you will be headed out today to open houses..
Appreciate the HUSTLE !!! Been there..
Map out your route- and good luck !!! I mean that sincerely !!
BUT LET ME SHARE WITH YOU SOMETHING REALLY OBVIOUS— BUT REALLY REALLY IMPORTANT!!!
Frustration - Burn out- and overwhelm come from working too HARD trying to hit everyone one at a time..
THIS IS THE ONE TO ONE SELLING MODEL… !!!
Does it work ? Yes
Does it lead to burnout? YES
Your goal is obviously to meet an agent and hopefully some buyers and get some business !!
Many get stuck on what exactly to even say when they get there
You know- I got good rates and do a good job won’t cut it

BUT WHAT IF YOU COULD GET THE SAME EFFECT— AND NOT HAVE TO ACTUALLY GO DOOR TO DOOR??
What if ???
You could call an agent you have identified as one you want to work with.
You see on google- zillow or whatever tool you use and see( I use list reports and rate plug) That they are having an open house this weekend.
You call them— and ask them if they would like to publicize their listing FOR FREE
LIVE — and be able to tell their sellers that the property was mentioned on
ABC or CBS or NBC .
That’s exactly what many of my members ARE DOING this weekend on their radio shows.
BUT THINK ABOUT IT FOR A MINUTE—
You now have something to say to an agent that is TOTALLY unique and different
They can’t possibly tell you that they are just a listing agent because you are offering to help them promote THEIR listing.. * BIG IDEA #1#
It’s an immediate conversation starter to a relationship ( BIG IDEA #2)
You can make 10 calls in an hour instead of wasting an entire day showing up at open houses…. UNINVITED *BIG IDEA #3)
You can even ask them if they would like to be a guest on YOUR SHOW/VLOG/PODCAST… * BIG IDEA #4
It immediately positions you with the upper hand in the relationship - as an obvious expert since you now CONTROL your MEDIA…. !!!
You are bringing value and NOT NEEDING TO BEG!!!
Best of all - there are little known ways to actually make additional income doing this!! But I will save that for another day since Mike and I are still talking about how much — if anything we want to pull back the curtain on..
BOTTOM LINE—
YOU NEED TO CONTROL THE MEDIA-
Can be tv- radio- print - VLOG- BLOG -podcast - book- etc..
