HOW TO GO TO A TOTALLY NEW STATE WITH ZERO CONNECTIONS AND SUCCEED

Well the holidays are over and I am settled in!
If you are new to the Top Originator Underground — you can read previous posts about my move from Maryland To Florida — where I have ZERO connections and am starting fresh
SO WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN YOU NEED INSTANT BUSINESS AND HAVE NO RELATIONSHIPS…
I am of course following my own advice to you and these posts are where you can peek in and see what I am up to.. and hopefully use some of the same tools.

I have joined the local Board of Realtors—- THEY HAVE 38000 members WOW!

At first they were pretty cold to the idea of me teaching classes-
Remember - best place to meet agents is at the board- and even better when you are an instructor

They now have 3-4 of my classes that I want to teach—- you can teach classes as well
Credit
Renovation Loans
Investor Programs
Self Employed Buyers
First time Buyer Grants
the list goes on but remember- YOU CAN AND SHOULD DO THIS!!!

I have also sponsored a class that is being taught- on investment programs
they allow me 5 minutes to speak and share programs… not what i prefer but they have 127 realtors signed up and the cost is 150.00 sponsorship

I also have compiled a list of the top 1500 agents in the area that close at least 10 transactions a year.. and will be doing a webinar series for them
( EXPERTISE IN ADVANCE) on programs they can use to sell more homes

I also met one agent — randomly- seems everyone here is an agent- so you really need to be careful you don’t waste time JUST BECAUSE someone has a liscense

Here’s a recap of my interaction with this agent-
She’s from EXP and has a team- and pretty big Sphere of Agents
( exp agents get paid to recruit other agents )

I am now getting prequals from some of her sphere.. and she has introduced me to several title companies

OH - FORGOT TO MENTION— The Board Told me that 41% of ALL TRANSACTIONS IN 2021 were cash buyers… WOW!!!

Coming up
Waiting for my classes to get approved so I can teach them
Identifying additional agents ( will be working with a title company locally)
Will be pushing some niche programs on my webinars to Florida agents

So stay tuned - I will keep you posted on all of these and some other cool ideas I am implementing to grow my business.. so you can copy and use them
