Top Originator Underground- Something To Share
Is it really a great time to be a lender or RealtorGreat to send to agents and post
We all some encouragement these days right?
This weekend alone I wrote 15 pre-approval letters- Different agents- Different buyers
All areas of town and price ranges..
AND GUESS WHAT-
2 of the 15 were accepted…
That means 13 buyers who are now even more frustrated at this market
That means 13 agents who worked hard showing the homes and writing up the offers who are NOT getting paid….
But of course it also means 15 happy sellers and listing agents…
EVERYONE NEEDS SOME ENCOURAGEMENT SOMETIMES—
So I found this post on Facebook-
Feel free to screen shot or share this ….and share with those agents and buyers who are frustrated- HECK maybe someone in YOUR office- OR Maybe even just for you !
