when you become too comfortable or arrogant and take business and people for granted —- well that is usually the beginning of the end- always work to get better

FAILURE IS NOT FATAL:
I have personally failed many times at many things- but think about this when you are marketing to agents—
NO- simply means either the timing is not correct or- that you have not yet sufficiently convinced them
