Then your “value” with an agent comes down to how easily they can replace you..
On the surface it would seem easy- aren’t all loan officers pretty much the same with pretty much the same rates and programs????
The answer is YES- but it doesn’t have to be..
You can choose a niche to focus on
You can also provide MARKETING VALUE without needing to stroke a check for advertising..
As an example- After I finish this article I will be contact 11 agents who I have active homebuyer workshops working for.. They advertise them to their sphere of influence and I handle running the software ( its actually on auto -pilot) and send them the list of buyers who watched it over the past 7 days…
We both follow up with these buyers and many of them do turn into applications..
Another option is to provide them with co -branded marketing materials since most really suck at marketing and at the same time they are promoting you !!! Pretty smart huh!?
