f you are currently working with Realtors (which I hope you are) that are happy with your service, why not ask them to introduce you to other agents in their office. Most of the top agents are happy to do so if they already have a good working relationship with you.
Maybe you can provide some special tools or programs that these other agents would also benefit from. People feel good when they can do a good deed and many agents feel good when they can help their peers with a resource that helps them.
Try this and you will see immediate success because this is no longer is a cold call but a warm one, since you were just referred by one of their peers. In every office and group there are influencers and followers.
Try finding these agents with influence. Once they work with you and are happy you will find them eagerly referring you to their teams and co -workers. You will also find them referring you to their peers and friends that work at other real-estate offices.
Remember this is a very small community and everyone knows everyone! Make A List Below Of The Agents You Want To Meet And Next To It Put The Name Of The Agents Or Title Representatives Who Can Introduce You
