BUSINESS IS SLOW AND PREDICTED TO GET SLOWER … we can all agree on that if you are actively in the field producing…
During times like this it is VERY NORMAL to question all expenses that we have monthly and get rid of services and other expenses we didn’t pay much attention to when it was busy…
One of the expenses people get rid of first are those related to marketing …
THAT is a BIG MISTAKE !
In times like these you actually HAVE TO market more just to stay even and capture your share of the business.

SO IF BUSINESS IS SLOW AND MONEY IS NOT COMING IN LIKE IT USED TO.. IT’S PRETTY HARD TO JUSTIFY SPENDING EVEN MORE MONEY— OR EVEN ANY MONEY RIGHT?
SO WHAT IF?
What if we could get paid to generate new business .. SERIOUSLY..
What if the people who called us had already heard our sales message- ACTUALLY PAID TO HEAR IT— so you KNOW 100% they are serious
What if “these silent sales systems” worked — when you didn’t - like an automated robot..
What if they also positioned you as the GO TO ORIGINATOR …. re- read that please-that means people aren’t shopping .. or calling 3 -5 lenders..
I HAVE ACTUALLY FOUND 3 WAYS THAT LOAN OFFICERS CAN GET PAID TO GENERATE LEADS AND CLOSE NEW DEALS…
NO ONE IN THIS INDUSTRY HAS EVER MENTIONED THESE … EXCEPT ME!!!
and I still use all of them to generate income and new business…
Yeah- I know it sounds weird or maybe even a but salesy or cheesy but that doesn’t make it any less true..
REALLY- WHO SAID WE SHOULD BEG FOR BUSINESS OR HAVE TO SPEND TONS OF MONEY ON LEADS????
