I received a call this morning from a lady who needs to get pre-approved
She is buying a condo in a building that most lenders believe is NOT fannie mae approved… but it actually can be approved and I have closed a number of loans in.
I don’t know the buyer

They got to me from the listing agent who also owns one of the largest brokerages in the mid-atlantic area and has 2 in house lenders in his 6 offices.

He told the buyers agent and the buyers that the only way he can accept an offer is if they are using me… since I am the lender who knows how to work with this condo and have a track record..
This can and should be happening to you
