The number 1 and How It Impacts Loan Officers
The number 1 in your business is actually good and bad….
Yes its just a number but it does have MAJOR impact you need to consider..
Let’s start with the bad..
If you have only one source of business and it drys up — you are in serious trouble
If you have only 1 way of generating new business and something happens you are in trouble.. Years ago people dialed and sent faxes and later unsolicited emails— all now illegal..
Think of it as a marketing chair with 3 -4 legs…
If you have only 1 person helping you process or market and they leave you are in trouble..
SO 1 CAN BE A VERY DANGEROUS NUMBER BUT IT CAN ALSO BE A VERY POSITIVE NUMBER WHEN USED CORRECTLY…
I continue to see loan officers going after agents one at a time.. cold calling etc..
That’s a Mistake:
Why not put 30 or 40 or 50 in a room at one time.. teach them something that will help them grow their business…and have them hand you their card as they leave..
ONE TO MANY
Why go after prospects one at a time?
Why not do a workshop with or without an agent partner that puts 20 or 30 future homebuyers on a workshop and then let that workshop run on autopilot
