Visit open houses on Sat and Sunday?
Use that new script you bought to cold call 40 agents
Call on some past clients
Call on some past agents
Drop by a few real-estate offices to see if anyone is in.
Buy a list and Blast it..
Go to a lead provider and hope for the best using the little amount you have left on your card and pray for the best
Or Worse
Worry- and then worry some more!
