NOT A HAPPY HOUR..
I choose a topic that would help the agents sell more homes..
programs they weren’t aware of like DSCR - RENO loans
Asset based programs- No Income for 1099 employees and how to work with credit challanged buyers..

We had an event ( i do them in person and on line)
30-40 attend and all get added to your database..
10 -15 will hand you their card and WANT TO MEET
3-4 will become partners… and you can build a long term partnership with…

WHY DO IT WITH A TITLE COMPANY?
They have a list of agents they do business who they can introduce you
and YOU have a list of agents to introduce them to also.. right?
