Some Observations From Recent Loan Officer Calls
and the deadline

This is actually Joan- Not Brian- and for those of you who may not know me I am the head of customer satisfaction at Top Originator Underground.
Brian has been going thru the applications he received and has had one on one calls with many of the originators who sent in applications.
Last night we were discussing some of the calls and the applications and there were a number of issues that everyone seems to be having..
THEY FEEL STUCK AND UNSURE OF THE FUTURE
THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT TO DO SO THEY DO NOTHING
WHAT USED TO WORK DOESN’T WORK..
THEY JUST DON”T KNOW HOW TO SET THEMSELVES APART FROM THE OTHER ORIGINATORS IN THEIR MARKET OR HOW TO TRULY PROVIDE ANYTHNIG OF VALUE OTHER THAN GOOD RATES AND GOOD SERVCE
What everyone else had in common was they truly had no idea HOW to provide value to agents and referral sources or HOW TO ATTRACT THEM instead of chasing them..
Brian told me” Kinda knew that Joan- not a surprise” … because that’s the same problem we all have ….
So if you received a notice from me saying YOU’RE IN… congrats!!!

Yes its not a tiny investment- so I understand but Brian made sure that we even provide a way to make the investment able to be paid for over six months with no payment and no interest.. but there is a big lesson here that determines your success or failure.
