SO WHAT DO YOU NEED TO KNOW TO SUCCEED NOW AND GOING FORWARD…
This is a people business — PEOPLE HATE TO BE CHASED BY STRANGERS BUT THEY LOVE TO FEEL ATTRACTED TO SOMEONE
YOU MUST BUILD PARTNERSHIPS/ BUSINESS MARRIAGES
TO DO THAT YOU MUST PROVIDE VALUE- OTHER THAN GOOD RATES AND BEING OPEN LIKE A 7/11
YOU MUST MUST MUST ATTRACT THEM but you can do this 10-15-50 at a time instead of 1 at a time
you must be able to instantly creditinalize yourself …. so they respect and trust you
you must be able to instantly help them grow their production
YOU MUST MUST MAKE IT EASY TO REFER YOU … and make yourself a great reflection on the person who referred you…
FUNNY- I was speaking to a loan officer last week during our interviews for the STOP BEING AN INVISIBLE LOAN OFFICER COACHING PROGRM
he has a database he has built of over 1900 agents in his area.. yet he is NOT doing any business…
WHY?
he has a pubilicly available list but NOT A RELATIONSHIP with any of them…
YOU DON’T NEED TO GO WIDE — YOU MUST GO DEEP …..
10 agents that do 4 loans a year- with an average commission of 5000 to you is
200,000… forget about the other 1890 agents on that list
FINALLY— THERE IS A TON OF PSYCHOLOGY NO ONE HAS EVER TAUGHT YOU … OR ME … I LEARNED IT THE HARD WAY BUT WILL SHARE IT SEPT 4TH
