One of my side gigs is investing in Mobile Homes.. To me this is the last area of affordable housing in our country.. at least for now.
But when you drive thru any mobile home community you are likley to see big TV’s and Dish satelite antenaes on most of the units..
WHY?
Not sure who said this— but RICH PEOPLE HAVE BIG LIBRARIES AND POOR PEOPLE HAVE BIG TV’S
