1. Teach a course at the board of realtors on investor programs
I do this at the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors and also teach one to agents online
You can even partner with a title company and do a join online meeting ..

After doing an online workshop I would create a short book from the recordings
Using a site called REV.com that would transcribe it and go to fiverr to have someone create a cover and do the book layout
I would offer that book on FB /YOUTUBE / and other social media
For an optin email address-
Once they opted in - I would send them a link to my calendly to set up a no obligation consultation with me …
If they didn’t schedule with me I would send an email inviting them to a investor workshop on line.. * this is a workshop that runs on autopilot that I did a while ago and put into my software to run as if it was live..”

I would find out from the local title companies who the local hard money lenders are and explain that we can use this program to cash out their buyers who are coming up on six months so they can get their money back to relend it
I would also let all of title attorneys know about my expertise and do workshops with them to their agent list!!!
