The truth is that when you try to be everything to everyone you wind up be nothing important to anyone…
This is where the head of lettuce syndrome get’s it roots.
If one head of lettuce is 89 cents and the other is 79 cents - and they are exactly the same than why would you pay 10 cents more for the same product?
That is unfortunately how we are viewed by the agents and the public.
YOU CHANGE THAT BY NOT BEING EVERYTHING TO EVERYONE.
But the EXPERT in a particular niche that solves an issue buyers have.

GO DEEP NOT WIDE might be another way to say it
When you help a self employed buyer who doesn’t show enough income they don’t shop
When you help a client referred to you by their divorce attorney they don’t shop
When you help a client who had a bk or foreclosure they don’t shop
When you help a buyer who needs a renovation loan- they don’t shop

Myth # 2- You Must Have The Best Rates Or Rocket or Some other competitor will clean your clock.

MYTH # 4- You Need to make sure that you have a budget so you can co-market with agents and also pay a desk fee to be in the house guy/lady.
MYTH # 5- Your income will depend on what the real-estate market and rates and the economy are doing. So you will need to budget for good years and bad years and good months and bad months.
MYTH #6 - You need to join a networking group - have a social media presence- and always be “asking” for business.
