I don’t know about you but I am a little upset at the way other so called teachers in our industry are dealing with the BIG ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM..

HERE’s WHAT I MEAN:
In just the last day- I have seen the following..

A “guru” who is going to teach you all of the objections agents throw at you and what to say back..
A”guru” bashing all others who are teaching and not originating * I agree with this* and he is going to show you how to do it with scripts… and tell you exactly what to say to get the meeting
A “guru” who is teaching you how to get agents attention on social media..

YIKES!!!!!! How’s that been working out for you?

BUT THAT MISSES MY MAIN POINT — OK- SO YOU GOT A MEETING OR CALL…

NOW WHAT- How do you turn that agent into a loyal partner…
That only hands out YOUR CARD
That sees you as a partner in their business
That values you and WANTS to work with you !

That’s the biggest question- and the way I do it and have taught hundreds of other succesful originators is with workshops
Done once- and then run on autopilot generating weekly opportunities and prospects and closed loans..
